Consultations

All trichology consultation fees are non-refundable. Consultation appointments reserve dedicated time for assessment, analysis, and personalized recommendations.

Trichology Protocols

Due to the personalized nature of our trichology programs, protocol purchases are non-refundable once payment has been made. Each protocol is customized to the individual's needs and includes professional planning, recommendations, and reserved treatment time.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of a medical condition, emergency, relocation, or other unforeseen circumstance that prevents a client from continuing their protocol, TECK may, at its sole discretion:

• Pause the protocol and resume treatment at a later date;
• Apply the unused balance toward another eligible service;
• Apply the unused balance toward retail products or home-care recommendations.

Any accommodations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened products may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
